Samsung had a lot of plans lined up for early 2019 and all of those were about Samsung’s Android flagship series Galaxy S. Samsung was launching one after another mid-range devices by the end of 2018 and rumors were there about the company working for an early 2019 release too. This term, the South Korean company is ready with Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ which is the successor of world’s top Android device and also the 10th edition of the series. The company this year, on the decade, is planning to release another device in the series. Rumored as the ‘Lite’ version, the word is that Samsung will name it as Samsung Galaxy S10 E.
Mobile Fun, a UK-based Chinese supplier, has shared some new renders of the upcoming Android flagship. Revealing detailed information about all the three devices, the fresh renders also revealed that Samsung will be naming the lite version as Galaxy S10 E.

Moreover, the renders revealed that unlike the bigger variants, Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+, the new Galaxy S10 E will not have an in-display fingerprint sensor to keep the price down. Instead, the smartphone is said to feature a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Other than that, the company is planning to keep all the three devices bezel-less with a punch-hole display. The hole for the selfie camera will be at the top left corner of the devices.
Samsung Galaxy S10 Series Specifications and Release Rumors
Notably, these are not the first rumors about the lite version of Galaxy S10. There have been previous reports about all the three devices supposed to ship with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 all over the world whereas in India they will be shipped with Exynos 9820. The two different systems are probably to keep prices similar all around. Other than that, the company will surely run all the three devices on Android 9.0 Pie. As far as display panels are concerned, the Galaxy S10 E (the lite version) is rumored to have a 5.8-inch screen, whereas, Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ will reportedly feature 6.1-inch and 6.4-inch display panels.
There are strong leaks backing the fact that all three devices will sport 6GB RAM. However, the pricier siblings, Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ will come with higher internal storage options. Some rumors also broke about the camera stating that Galaxy S10 E will have a dual-camera setup at the rear end whereas the other two devices will have a triple camera set up at the back. Moreover, the news is also coming about the lower priced device getting a 3,500mAh and the bigger ones coming out with a 4,000mAh juice.
As far as the release dates are concerned, the company will supposedly launch the three new smartphones on February 20, ahead of the Mobile World Congress 2019.
