The China-based company Realme has finally released an official trailer on its pop-up camera smartphone which is named as Realme X. It will be launched in India as per the announcement made on Twitter. The Realme India has recently tweeted where they have released a poster mentioning “Realme X Coming Soon”The CEO of Realme India company has recently tweeted by making quite a similar announcement where he has confirmed “onion and garlic design master editions”.
We hope you already know that the smartphone that we are talking about, i.e., Realme X has already made the debut in China in May itself. Apart from this, the Chinese company has also released Realme X Lite. The Realme X Lite is the rebranded version of the Realme 3 Pro for its home market. While revealing about its launch in India, the brand had also mentioned about its launch in India in the mid of the year 2019 and finally, the brand is all set to make its final launch in India soon. The CEO of Realme India, Madhav Sheth tweeted, “Get ready to experience the most practical premium smartphone. Say hi to #realmeX! Good news for the design lovers we will have the onion and garlic master editions. RT to show your love.”
Price and Availability
Earlier Madhav Sheth also confirmed that the upcoming smartphone Realme X will cost between Rs 18,000 to Rs 20,000 in india. In the home market of Realme X, the smartphone is being provided in three different variants. The first variant is of 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage and this model is priced at RMB 1,499 which is approx Rs 15,000. The second variant is of 6GB RAM and 64GB of storage and it is priced at RMB 1,599 which is approx Rs 16,000. And finally, the topmost variant is of 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage and is priced at RMB 1,799 which is approx Rs 18,000. We are expecting the Realme to launch all the three variants in India or the topmost 8GB RAM variant only.
Along with this, you must already know that Realme X 256GB storage variant is also been found in Chinese regulator TENAA’s database which simply means that the brand is planning to launch a new storage variant very soon. As well know that the new variant has been found on TENAA, the launch could be done in the home market of Realme first. As we have already mentioned that there is no question related to the storage options as well as the availability in the Indian market. The phone was first released in 64GB RAM as well as 128GB storage options.
The TENAA listing of Realme X has been done for including the 256GB internal storage option. As of now, the phone is available in the home market of Realme in 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 64GB as well as 8GB + 128GB storage variants. And the prices of all the three variants differ as per the specifications. The Realme X variants which have 256GBH model and will be paired with 8GB of RAM as we have mentioned above will be named on the TENAA website.
In India, as of now, the Realme X is available in two different variants and they are 4GB + 128 GB and it is priced at Rs 16,999 as well as 8GB + 128GB and it is priced at Rs 19,999.
The specifications of Realme X
The Realme X contains dual-SIM (Nano) and it runs Android 9Pie along with ColorOS 6.0 on the top. The upcoming smartphone Realme X is being featured with a 6.53-inches full-HD+ which has 1080 * 2340 pixels of AMOLED display. The AMOLED display also has the display ratio of 19.5:9 along with the Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The panel even consists of the in-display fingerprint sensor. Not only this but it is also powered by the Snapdragon 710 SoC processor which is again coupled with Adreno 616 GPU as well as have up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM.
For clicking the photos and recording the videos, the Realme X is featured with a dual rear camera set up which includes a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 of the primary sensor. The primary sensor again consists of f/1.7 lens as well as 5 megapixels of the secondary sensor with an f/2.4 lens. The Realme X also comes with 16 megapixels Sony IMX 471 selfie sensor which has f/2.0 lens and it is featured with a pop-up module.
As per the connectivity is concerned, it is featured with dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi 802. 11ac USB Type-C port, GPS/ A-GPS. The phone also comes with Dolby Atmos sound technology with dedicated audion modes. It also has 3,765 mAh of battery and has the facility to deliver fast charging.
