Oppo recently unveiled three new models of Reno. So all three of the models are the successors of Oppo Reno. All the three models that are the Reno 2Reno 2 Z, as well as Reno 2 F, are going to launch in India first. The phones are featured with four rear-facing cameras which have various configurations along with strong processors. One Reno 2 model has a 10x zoom camera. On the other hand, the other two models are quite similar to the predecessor which is the original Reno.

All the three Reno2 models are featured with quad cameras situated on the backs, 6.5″ AMOLED displays on their fronts. The phone is also featured with pop-up selfie cams. Oppo Reno 2

Coming to the first and the foremost modell which is the Oppo Reno 2. The smartphone is featured with a 48 MP camera of Sony IMX586 1/2.0 sensor along with f/1.7 of aperture. It also adds OIS if we compare it to its predecessor along with the Ultra Steady Video. Coming to the wide-angle camera on the phone. It comes with the 7MP of the ultra-wide-angle camera along with the 116-degree lens.

One of the new features which have been added in this phone is the telephoto camera which is featured with 13 megapixels shooter (1/3.4″, f/2.4) along with 5x hybrid zoom. Having said that the brand has not yet revealed the details about the phone’s optical zoom. However, we expect the phone to come with a 3x optical zoom. As compared to the 10x, you also need to agree that the original Reno did not come with any kind of zoom as well an ultra-wide-lens. The phone also come with the quad-camera set up along with a 2 MP monochromatic camera for the portrait modes.

It is also featured with 6.5″ AMOLED screen which is a bit larger as compared to the original Reno. The brand claims the screen to body ratio of about 93.1%. The selfie camera is the star thing of this phn=one which keeps the phone stays ahead of others. The camera comes with a 16 MP shooter and also supports video Bokeh effects.

The battery is of 4,000 mAh which also supports VOOC 3.0 fast charging of about 20W which is same as before.

The product will be available online in India and is priced at Rs 37,000 ($515). You can purchase it on 20 September 2019.

Oppo Reno 2 Z

Coming to the second model which is Oppo Reno 2 Z. It is featured with 48 MP IMX586 sensor but it lacks the OIS. However, it does keep the Ultra Steady Video quality. It also consists of 8 MP of the ultra-wide-angle lens of 119 degrees. Having said that the quad-camera is featured with 2 MP  cameras which are just for the portrait modes (one colour one mono).

The size of the screes is 6.53″ and comes with AMOLED panel along with thicker bezels of 91.6″% StB. The selfie camera comes with 16MP with the standard pop-up mechanism.

The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio P90 chipset along with same memory configuration of 8 GB and 256 GB of storage.

It has 4,000mAh of battery capacity as well as 20W VOOC  3.0 charging.

Oppo Reno2 F

The third phone in the line up is Oppo Reno 2 F which comes with a 48 MP sensor situated in the primary camera. However, it is not Sony’s Samsung. We assume to be the Samsung ISOCELL GM1. The brand has selected a 1/2.25″ of sensor which is placed beneath a slight a darker lens of f/1.79. Not only this but also the ultra-wide lens of the phone featured with 8 MP  and the two portrait cameras are similar as that of the Oppo Reno 2 Z phone.

One of the big changes which have been done to this phone is the Helio P70 chipset. It comes with 8GB of RAM but the internal storage has been halved which is 128GB. Still, lots of files can be stored here.

Coming to the display, it is again similar to the Oppo Reno 2 Z  which means it comes with AMOLED display of 6.53″ along with the regular pop up selfie camera of 16 MP. The battery is of 4,000 mAh along with VOOC 3.0 20W of fast charging capacity.

There is a 3.5mm of the headphone jack on the bottom part just near to the USB-C port as well as the speaker grill
