On the other hand, the Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) is now priced at Rs 29,900.
Whereas in the US, the Apple Watch Series 5 (GPS) starts at $399 (Rs 28,700 approx) as well as the Apple Watch Series 5 (GPS + Cellular) starts at $499 (Rs 38,900 approx). The price of Apple Watch Series 3 has also been dropped in India with the starting price of $199 for the GPS model and $299 for GPS and Cellular model. The Apple Watch Series 5 will be live for pre-order from today from the official website of Apple. The watch will be coming in several finishes such a Gold, Space Black as well as a grey polished hue.
Apple Watch 5 Features
The Apple Watch Series 5 is featured with an Always-On Retina display which never turns off. It just gets dimmed when the users are not using it and so time, as well as notifications, are visible. Available in two brushed finishes, the natural titanium has a custom-engineered surface which helps maintain its colour and resist staining. While space black titanium achieves its deep colour from a diamond-like coating.
It further added, “Classic styles like the stainless steel case in Gold, Silver, and Space Black remain, while the aluminium case in Silver, Gold, and Space Gray is now made for the first time from 100 per cent recycled 7000 series aluminium. This fall, the highly scratch-resistant and beautiful white ceramic case is also available, along with a new sport loop and a wide range of great new band colours, which work with any generation of Apple Watch.”
